Powered by ProField | Built by a Duct Cleaning Company

For Duct, Dryer Vent and Chimney Companies

The App We Run Our Own Jobs On

If you own an air duct, dryer vent or chimney cleaning company, ProField was shaped by the same work you do: inspections, photos, reports, crews on the road and commercial accounts. It runs on iPhone, Android and a web dashboard under one account.

Features

What ProField Does for Cleaning Companies

Inspection Checklists and Branded PDF Reports

Ready-made checklists for chimney (NFPA 211-aligned), air duct and dryer vent work, or build your own. The report is written from the checklist results, notes and photos, the customer signs on screen and gets a branded PDF from the job site.

Job Photos

Technicians take photos inside the checklist, and they print next to the findings on the report.

Scheduling for Multiple Techs

Schedule jobs and assign technicians. Owners and admins see everything. Each technician has a login and sees only the jobs assigned to them.

Privacy for Commercial Accounts

Mark a customer commercial, such as an HOA or a property manager, and techs see only the service address, never the name, phone, email, price or invoice.

Multiple Locations and Businesses

Run several locations under one account, each with its own team and numbers, or several businesses under one login.

Online Payments

Customers pay by card from the invoice link, and the money goes to your own account. Zelle and Venmo QR codes print on invoices, and cash and check are recorded with a receipt photo.
