Cal Duct Cleaning LLC provides professional HVAC and ventilation cleaning services in the South Bay Area of California, including but not limited to:

  • Air duct cleaning (residential and commercial)
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • Chimney sweeping and inspection
  • Commercial duct cleaning
  • Laundry room vent cleaning
  • Kitchen exhaust cleaning
  • UV light installation
  • Bathroom fan cleaning

Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary based on location, property type, and system condition. We reserve the right to decline a job if conditions are unsafe or outside our scope of expertise.

Booking and Scheduling

You can book services through our website, by phone at (408) 655-0609, or through our online scheduling system powered by HouseCall Pro. By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to grant access to the property for the scheduled service
  • The information you provided (address, contact details, system details) is accurate
  • An adult (18 or older) will be present or accessible at the property during the service appointment

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show: If no one is available at the property at the scheduled time and no prior notice was given, a trip charge may apply

Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website are starting rates for standard residential services. Final pricing is determined based on:

  • Size and complexity of the system
  • Number of vents, ducts, or units

  • Additional services requested

We provide a clear quote before beginning any work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our warranty terms:

  • All services are performed by trained and experienced technicians
  • If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost
  • Our warranty does not cover issues caused by pre-existing system damage, pest infestations, or conditions outside our control
  • We are not responsible for system malfunctions caused by underlying mechanical or structural problems unrelated to our cleaning services

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

  • Cal Duct Cleaning LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that specific service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for damage to systems that were already in poor condition, improperly installed, or not up to code prior to our service
  • We take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but minor cosmetic issues (e.g., dust or marks near vent openings) may occasionally occur during the cleaning process

If any damage occurs during our service, please notify us immediately so we can assess and resolve the situation.
