We had received quotes from other companies, and they only charged $199 for stacked dryers, so we decided not to proceed with Cal Duct Cleaning. However, they quickly came back and offered to do the job for the original $149. I assumed this meant the full service, which should include cleaning the vent from both sides of the tube, both outside and the dryer side. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home during the cleaning, and later I found out from my husband that they only cleaned the vent from the outside. Despite my husband tipping generously, the service provided was incomplete. If they weren’t going to clean the dryer side, why quote us $299 in the first place? This experience felt dishonest, and we will be switching to another service company in the future.”
